Behind My Practice

Hi, I’m Clara Parati, a psychospiritual integration specialist, psychosynthesis life coach, and visual artist passionate about guiding people to reconnect with themselves and the world through the power of holistic healing and psychedelic insight.

My own journey through this form of coaching and psychedelic medicine has been a deep unfolding. With each step, new doors opened and fresh perspectives emerged. Over time, I came to realise that integration was the missing key, the element that truly allowed me to shift my mindset, ground powerful experiences, and reclaim who I really am.

Working with a skilled, attuned coach changed everything for me. With their support, I realigned body, mind, and soul, uncovering the root causes of an autoimmune condition that had caused decades of chronic suffering. As my journey continued, integration became more than just a healing process - it became my soul’s calling.

Through my studies in transpersonal psychology, psychosynthesis, integrative methods, and shamanism, I now help others bring their full selves into wholeness, awaken their deeper purpose, even in the shadowed corners of the psyche, and live in a more harmonious, fulfilling, and interconnected way.
